Receipt Bank gathers your receipts and invoices, scans them, extracts the necessary data from them and then securely stores the scanned copies online. The data is available to view or export at any time. As your accountant, we have access to your Receipt Bank account enabling us to quickly and efficiently add your expenses information to your annual accounts, VAT returns and other required documents.
How does it work?
You can send your receipts and invoices to Receipt Bank by post, email, upload from computer or by iPhone app. They will then scan the item (if required), add the item to your online receipt library and do the data entry.
You can login to your account at any time to access your expenses data. You can also export the data to an Excel spreadsheet, download it as a .PDF or publish it directly to your xero accounting software. DTA & Co can also manage your expenses directly from your Receipt Bank account.
